After you upgrade WHM/cPanel to version 110.0.5, you will get email notification alert which tells you that the service letsencrypt appears to be down. Also, when you try to access WHM – Manage Auto SSL, you will see an error message appears at the top left of the page. Here you will find the solution for Lets encrypt issue.

It will include these lines:
Notification: The service “letsencrypt-cpanel” appears to be down.
Service Check Method The system failed to connect to this service’s TCP/IP port.
Reason Service check failed to complete
Unable to connect to port 5959 on 127.0.0.1: Connection refused: Died
So here is the solution:
Access you WHM – terminal.
Remove the FleetSSL service from your WHM by typing the following code into your terminal.
yum remove letsencrypt-cpanel
And here we go. Your problem is solved.
